Copenhagen is calling — who will answer? 

After an epic five weeks of round robin competition, six talented teams have risen to the top of European VALORANT. Fnatic and Guild Esports emerged as the class of their respective groups, and are now one series win away from heading to Masters. The road is tougher for the rest, a mix of legacy contenders and talented upstarts eager to capitalize on any misstep by the top seeds. 

With a chance at international glory on the line, here’s everything you need to know about the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Challengers Playoffs. 

FORMAT OVERVIEW

VCT EMEA Stage 2 Challengers Playoffs is a double elimination tournament featuring the top six finishers from Stage 2 Regular Season play. All playoff matches are best-of-three, except the Lower Bracket Final and Grand Final, which are best-of-five. While all participating teams will receive circuit points based on their placement, only the top three will represent EMEA at Masters Copenhagen. 

Participating Teams: 

As the first seeds, Fnatic and Guild Esports have earned byes into the Upper Bracket Semifinals. They will play the winner of the cross group second seed vs. third seed matchups that kick off the playoffs.  

PLAYOFF SCHEDULE

Each playoff broadcast day begins with a preshow at 3:30 pm CEST, followed by the first match at 4:00 pm CEST.
