VALORANT MASTERS COPENHAGEN: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

Masters Copenhagen is right around the corner! Teams from around the world battled across seven regional Challengers events to earn one of the twelve spots at the second international tournament of the season. From July 10-24, qualified teams will compete for points, prizes, and a chance to write their name in history!

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

Masters Copenhagen is the second event of the 2022 VALORANT Champions Tour and the final opportunity for teams to secure points before the Last Chance Qualifiers later this year. Thousands of teams have been competing through seven regional VCT competitions for a chance to qualify for Masters Copenhagen.

Masters Copenhagen 2022 - Format Explainer

The tournament will begin with double elimination, GSL style group play, followed by an eight team double elimination bracket. The top four teams were seeded in the bracket, while the remaining eight teams were drawn into two groups based on a combination of their respective final placements at Challenger events and the strength of their region. 

  • Group A - Optic Gaming, Guild Esports, LOUD, KRÜ Esports
  • Group B - FunPlus Phoenix, XERXIA, DRX, NORTHEPTION

    After the group stage, the top two teams from each group will advance to meet the top four seeded teams in the double elimination stage.
