Announcing the VALORANT OFF//SEASON

Sep 27, 2022

Hey esports fans! Today we’re announcing the initial details of the VALORANT OFF//SEASON, our window for third party tournaments between VCT seasons. Over the next few months, we anticipate massive roster changes, speculation from fans on which teams are making the superior moves, and the start of new rivalries. Our goal is to provide a window for organized competition that will help answer these questions through new content and the freedom for TO’s to experiment with new formats.

To create the OFF//SEASON, we’ve partnered with esports organizations around the world to bring you a host of new VALORANT events. Each organizer will use their expertise to design their own unique OFF//SEASON tournament—we expect to see a combination of competitive open qualifiers, show matches, and invitationals featuring top players of the game, established personalities, and aspiring amateurs.

Riot Games will support the OFF//SEASON events with amplification through our channels, a dedicated page with an updated schedule, and sharing lessons between tournament organizers to improve the experience week over week. We’re continuing to work with partners to lock in additional events - so keep checking this page for the latest info.
