VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifiers Begin August 7

Aug 2, 2022

We are now mere days away from the beginning of the VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifiers! The tournament will see the remaining 8 teams which make up the EMEA top 10 face off for the 3rd and final spot on offer at Champions, which will conclude this year’s VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT).

Who will join FPX and Fnatic in Istanbul? Will Acend rise to their old heights on the road to victory? Will Guild continue their form after making a serious statement in VCT Stage 2: Challengers? Will Liquid’s impressive firepower prove insurmountable?

The stakes are high, and the rewards even higher. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure you don’t miss out on what will be a well-fought tournament!

FORMAT OVERVIEW

The VCT EMEA Last Chance Qualifiers will use a double elimination format, with all games being a Bo3. The only exceptions to this is the Grand Final, which will be settled through a Bo5.

The above shows the bracket for the tournament, along with the first set of match-ups. Losing twice means elimination from the tournament, and a failure to qualify for Champions.
